Account information

During the registration process, you are required to provide personal information that includes your name and contacts to assistance us communicate with you during the order completion process. You will create an account using your chosen username and password which should remain your secret. You will personally manage all orders in your account and keep it secure. In case you are suspicious of possible access by third party, kindly reset your password or contact us. We reserve the right to reset your password if we suspect someone else is using your account and notify you through email.

Order approval timeline

After completion and delivery of your paper, you have the option to set it for revision, and finally approve. Kindly note that you have 14 days to approve the order. In case you forgot or ignore, the system will automatically approve it. The 14 days are automatically calculated from the last time the completed order was uploaded to your account. From the time of approval, you have 14 days to request for refund after which the refund will not be issued.

Revision and refund policy

In the event you are not satisfied with the quality of your paper, you are free to request for revision at no additional charge. You may as well request for reassignment of your order to a different writer. If you decide to revise the paper on your own and request for partial refund, you must provide the assignment file with proper explanation to back up your claim. At the discretion of the dispute resolution department, you will receive a maximum 40% of the initial cost of the work if approved. Where a full refund is requested, you must provide the paper completed plus explanation behind your decision to reject it. Within 14 days from completion period, the refund will be issued in full except for the charges that you will incur during transfer. Note that a refund will not be issued if upon investigation we realize that you provided misleading information to the writer or you failed to provide requisite additional materials in time.

We are known for quality services to our clients and reliable support at all times. We always meet the expectations of our customer at 99% level. However, there are instances that the customer will not be satisfied with the quality of service delivered and in such cases we have flexible policy on refund that will enable you get back your money.

The cases that warrant refunds include;

  • In case you are double charged, you are entitled to 100% refund in not more than two business days
  • In case we have failed to get a writer to handle your paper due to complicated task, we guarantee 100% refund.
  • If we miss deadline. However we must thoroughly investigate and ensure you did not fail to provide necessary information for timely completion of the task. Besides, in such cases we refund will be 100% if it’s our fault or 50% if the mistake is yours.
  • If we fail to provide revision 30% refund will be given, but if the revision deadline is missed, 15% refund will be given.
  • In case you want refund due to plagiarism, substantive evidence must be provided for us to ascertain your eligibility for refund.
  • If you are not satisfied with our work, you have up to eight days from the time the task was completed to contact our support staff lodge complaint and upon investigation and proof you will be refunded 70%
  • Additional features like VIP support, VAT, among others will NOT be refunded.
  • In case of dispute, Refund cannot be processed.
  • The time it takes to process refund is dependent on each case but may not exceed fourteen days.
